Searching... was my 3rd year group project.
Our team consisted of 2 Writers, 2 Designers, 5 Artists and 1 Programmer.

About the game
Searching... is a narrative focused psychological horror game developed in Unreal Engine 4 featuring multi-media including FMV, real world photographs and in game web-browser with websites made specifically for the game. The story follows a university student who believes they are being stalked by a malicious fae. The player has to browse through ominous websites and tattered journals, separating fact from fiction to try and trap their assailant.
My Role
My main role working on Searching... was as the Puzzle Designer. The game is heavily inspired by escape room experiences and includes interesting puzzles and riddles for the players to work out. Part of this is hiding information throughout out websites, videos and photographs so I had to work with the writer's to carefully tie our multi-media assets with the puzzles I designed.
I also conducted a lot of the implementation of the puzzles and the enviromental horror elements using Unreal Engine Blueprints.
I was also in charge of our version control, working in SourceTree to make sure everyone could access the project and keeping merge conflicts to a minimum.
